Mr. Jogendra Chopra, Founder and CEO of the company, is a Techno–Commercial professional with an experience of more than 35 years in Fertilizers and Chemical industry.
During his tenure with one of the leading fertilizers company, he has held several positions at different production facilities and undertaken responsibilities in development of the production lines from FEED to commissioning and operations. His responsibilities included ensuring safe and profitable setting up and operations of the production units.
He has often been entrusted by company to consult and undertake several Indian government projects, pan India and global. He has led multiple MoUs/ Licensing agreements/ TEFR / EIA etc. as a leading person of the company.

- Master in Business Administration (MBA)- IGNOU, New Delhi
General Professional Experience
- Remained a team leader for the development of the Ammonia and Urea Complex based on Nano Urea technology (IFFCO) from NFL side. He was responsible of leading the MoU, technology license agreement, BED package and other commercial details with IFFCO. He served in the capacity of Project Manager until he retired.
- Worked as Project coordinator for Namrup – IV project from NFL, a new proposed Ammonia-Urea production plant.
- Worked as a part of team responsible for installation and commissioning of two production lines of Ammonia and Urea at NFL, Vijaipur, MP. The ammonia production at this facility is based on gas feedstock for Hydrogen production. Post commissioning, he also was part of the operations team. His role at this NFL production unit lasted 12 years (1986-1998)
- Led the corporate office team for setting up of Agrochemicals plant at Bathinda unit of NFL. He was responsible for conceptualizing, FEED and tendering of the unit.
- Led the conceiving, planning and installation of Bentonite Sulphur plant at Panipat unit of NFL. His role entailed preparing the techno-economic feasibility report (TEFR), followed by a detailed feasibility report (DFR) in-house in 2016. The plant is currently operational.
- Led the tendering of installation of N2O4 production plant for Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO, govt. of India undertaking) in 2017. He led and won the bid proposal which involved selecting and procuring the technology, plant development and project commercials to produce and deliver oxidizer on 25 years-BOOS basis.
- Evaluated multiple proposals for NFL’s expansion and investments in foreign countries e.g., Algeria, Jordan, Syria for the manufacturing of DAP, Phosphoric Acid and Rock phosphate.
- Core member of corporate team in multiple JVs of NFL like Agrochemicals plant JV project with Hindustan Insecticides Limited (HIL) etc.
- Was a part of the Industrial Products Marketing division at NFL, responsible of sales and marketing of Gases and Chemicals and remained part of the product pricing and policy team for the ten years.
