| Uses | Phosphoric acid is majorly used for the production of fertilizers, detergents, and many cleaning products. In many food additive products such as soft drinks, phosphoric acid is used as diluting solutions. Phosphoric acid also occurs in many fruits and juices. Phosphoric acid is also used for rust proofing and metal coating works in manufacturing processes. Due to its ability to lower the pH of blood, it is used for treating lead poisoning. |
